In the relaxed setting of the chef's Edinburgh home, dine on an array of Italian canapés, followed by an 8-course tasting menu inspired by her family's Sardinian cooking traditions and recipes.

In the perfect setting for a true supper club experience, hear about the places and cultures that influenced Luisa's dishes and recipes.

Hailing from the Italian island of Sardinia, your host Luisa has spent some 18 years working in hospitality; moving to Edinburgh three years ago after managing Michelin Star restaurants in England. Having always dreamed of opening her own restaurant, the supper club trend realised a more affordable option for Luisa - starting ‘Scotland Meets Sardinia’ in her home two year ago.

STARTER - Rana Pescatrice All'Algherese

Typical dishes from Alghero (Sardinia) with Monkfish, onion and cherry tomatoes

Langoustine wrapped in pancetta, and accompanied by a potato soufflé

Fresh squid sautéed with green peas, onion mint and chili

Slow cooked octopus sautéed in spicy tomato sauce

Sardines fried in semola with tomatoes and sweet onions in a vinegar sauce
