Please arrive at the pick up point 30 minutes before departure time.

Private transfer with a mini bus is offered from/to the hotel. The pick up time depends on the customer's location.
Meeting / End Points
- When you arrive at the hotel, one of our collegues will wait for you in the reception and will take you to the setup venue, pretending that you've made a reservation for a drink. An eye mask is also optional. The whole team will wait for you there and will appear to capture the proposal moment.
