- Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected.
- The Hop-on Hop-off ticket is valid for 48 hours from the first activation, during operating hours.

- The Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour starts at 99 Jefferson Street (at the corner of Jefferson and Mason Streets) with the first departure at 10:00 AM. The tour features 16 stops around the city. For the Alcatraz Island tour, ferries depart from the official boarding point at Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing.
