Our experience is curated by our own professional chef to show off our city's exciting food scene. The bites our groups will try include award-winning cheeses, salamis, chocolates, and chicken sandwiches.
We also provide carefully researched facts about Salt Lake City's development, including the role played by native American tribes, Latter-Day Saint pioneers, and various immigrant cultures. The walk takes us through a beautiful stretch of downtown, where we'll also see a great deal of public art.
On our way to and from the market, where we'll sample some cheeses, salamis and chocolates, we'll walk alongside Pioneer Park and talk about the foundation of the Salt Lake area.
On our walk from Pioneer Park we'll pass and discuss many locations of interest including The Salt Palace which has a fascinating history including serving as the location for coverage of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.
As we head into the City Creek Center for a quick rest, we'll walk by Temple Square and touch on the depth of it's significance to the city and to the Latter-Day Saint faith.
