Users agree that under any circumstances, when using Luker Sports Club's sports equipment, facilities, assets, and services, if it leads to the death or injury of themselves or a third party, Over The Planet, Luker Sports Club, and their respective staff will not be held responsible for the user's or any third party's injuries

Users must take care of their belongings, valuables, and personal storage items. Users agree that under any circumstances, if any belongings, valuables, or personal storage items are lost or damaged during the activity, Over The Planet, Luker Sports Club, and their respective staff will not be held responsible

Users understand that if they negligently or for other reasons damage, lose, or destroy any sports equipment and devices, facilities, or assets during the activity, they will be fully responsible and must repair or compensate for the loss or damage

Any adventure sports, outdoor activities, or activities related to outdoor recreation, city tourism, and transportation for these activities involve significant inherent risk factors. These risks are inherent in the activity, and it is not possible to eliminate them without fundamentally changing the nature of the activity. Specifically, all adventure sports and outdoor activities involve the risk and potential for personal injury, property loss, or even death. Participants voluntarily agree to explicitly assume all the potential injuries and risks (regardless of the cause) that may arise from engaging in the risk activities. Participants agree to wear appropriate personal protective equipment when engaging in risk activities and confirm their suitability to operate and use the equipment, as well as their understanding of the purpose and function of the equipment. If there are any doubts, they should communicate with Luker Sports Club for confirmation

The booking confirmation indicates that the user agrees to all the above terms and conditions

If the Observatory hoists Signal No. 1 or above on the day of the activity, all water activities will be temporarily suspended

If the Observatory hoists Signal No. 8 or above 3 hours before the start of the activity, the day's activity may be delayed or rescheduled, and participants can contact the Over The Planet CS customer service representative to reschedule

If the Observatory hoists Signal No. 8 or above during the activity, all activities will be canceled, and Luker Sports Club staff will properly arrange for participants to temporarily take shelter in a safe place

If the Observatory cancels the hoisting of Signal No. 8 or above 3 hours before the start of the activity, the day's land-based activities will proceed as scheduled, but water activities will remain suspended until all typhoon signals are lowered

In case of any dispute, Luker Sports Club reserves the final decision
