Check-in time is 09:15 at the Quicksilver office at the Port Douglas Marina on Wharf Street, Port Douglas. Parking is available free of charge at the Marina
The platform provides a chair lift that enables disabled passengers to be lowered into the water to enjoy snorkeling. This is available only on the Agincourt 3 floating platform
The chair lift has a weight restriction of 90kg
