Itinerary

Laguna de Guatavita

We will begin the tour from Bogotá, at one of the previously established points, heading towards the Cacique de Guatavita lagoon, the mythical place where El Dorado is hidden. There we will take a walk through the mountains that surround the lagoon, approximately 2 hours, to enter the heart of the lagoon. After some time to contemplate we will depart back. Then we will continue to the following destinations: Guatavita Town and Tominé Reservoir. Included: Entrance to the lagoon Snack (a chicken or vegetarian sandwich) Drink (coffee, juice or beer)

After the lagoon we will have the opportunity to get to know the town of Guatavita, and its particular architecture. Walk through the streets of the center, and take a tour around the imposing Tominé reservoir

Museo Indigena Guatavita

A brief visit to the Guatavita museum, where you can learn more about the history of the surrounding area, with great pieces to appreciate the tour with more context.
