[Airport Pick-up]
- Grace period: 30 minutes
- Please choose the desirable time you wish to be picked up. It is recommended to select the picked up time 60 minutes after the landing time (For International Flight) or 30 minutes after the landing time (For Domestic Flight)
- The driver will arrive on time. If you get out early, please wait at the designated meeting point to be picked up
- Please check your mobile App message or email and Over The Planet message to make sure you have the information
- If there is any issue of flight delay or emergency situation, please contact us in advance for support. Grace period can be extended. However, free extension is not guaranteed to be fulfilled as it depends on the pick-up schedule of the day. The extension fee, if occurs, is to be paid to the driver directly on-site.
- Please show the Over The Planet Voucher to the staff and carefully check the driver plate to ensure you are not being picked up by the wrong driver. Refund is not available if guest get picked up by the wrong driver
- Please make sure to check your message and keep contact with us so we can fulfill your booking. If customer support does not receive any messages from the guest and is unable to reach the guest, the booking will be canceled without refunds
[Airport Drop-Off]
- Please arrive at the hotel lobby 5–10 mins in advance
- Travelers are recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours (Domestic) and 3 hours (International) before their flight, please consider this before booking
- The driver will wait in the car at the hotel pick-up area. The grace period is 15 minutes from the requested pick-up time. To extend the grace period, the rate varies based on the time period but will be charged by every 30 minutes. The extension request is not guaranteed to be fulfilled as it depends on the pick-up schedule of the day. The extension fee is to be paid to the driver directly on-site
