- Please note that this is a one-way transfer service. If you wish for a round-trip, please place two separate bookings and inform us of your preferred pick-up and drop-off location (e.g. Cebu Ferry Terminal to Cebu-Mactan International Airport (CEB) or Cebu-Mactan International Airport (CEB) to Cebu Ferry Terminal)
- For those who have opt for the airport transfer, please provide us with your flight details in the "Note" section when placing a booking
- Your driver and the local agency will keep in touch with you via the contact information provided when booking
- Please provide accurate and complete information (messaging app ID) in the "Note" section when booking
- When booking, please include a "Note" section indicating your preferred pick-up time (for example, 90 minutes after arrival) if you intend to spend longer at the airport. Failure to do so will result in a surcharge because the grace period of 30 minutes was exceeded.
Surcharge
- Please book the "Night Service" package for transfers between 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. The driver will only be waiting for a maximum of 3 hours without additional charges. If you exceed the timeframe, a surcharge will apply ( Car P400/hr, Minivan P450/hr, van P500/hr)
