Please provide us with your travel details, (flight number, the number of people traveling, luggage, drop-off addresses, and itinerary). We’re here to help you figure out the best routes and vehicles for your needs.
How we Pick-up:
- Our driver will be waiting for you at the International Arrival Exit for 90 minutes after your flight lands. Look out for a sign with your name and our company logo on it - you can’t miss it!
- If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour.
- If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
- If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you.
- We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order.
