You will take part in the live production of the typical products considered some of the best food in the world like the Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP and Prosciutto DOP visiting selected trusted family run farmers.
You will have the possibility to discovering the behind the scenes of the making of the products and ask questions to the experts that will be our guests. Every visit will include a rich tasting paired to local wines like the white Pignoletto and the red Lambrusco.

Visit to Parmigiano Dairy Farm to see the live productions of the Parmigiano Reggiano DOP - At the end of the visit you will taste the fresh made Ricotta, 3 different ageings of Parmigiano and other delicacies
We will visit a Prosciutto DOP factory where you will undertand how natural and healthy this product is. Of course, the visit will end with a tasting of delicious Prosciutto with bread sticks and focaccia paired with Lambrusco wine
We will visit a family run Tradition Balsamic farm where you will discover the secrects behind the "Black Gold" of Modena which you will taste in different ageings: from the "young" one to the "extravecchio" which spent a minimum of 25 years in the wooden barrels!

Please arrive at the pick up point 10 minutes before departure time.
We will pick you up with our driver in front of your hotel or at the nearest possibile point in case your hotel is in a pedestrain area. If you are arriving on the same day, we can pick you up at the train station or airport.
