There are two fantastic walks that can be taken on the east and west pier. Within the village of Howth are shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The pubs & restaurants provide delicious fish food, especially the famous 'Fish & Chips' meal.
Malahide Castle & Gardens
The village of Malahide has much to offer. The estuary has golden sandy banks with stunning views that is ideal for a calm relaxing walk. The village has lots of independent retail shops for you to find that perfect souvenir and within the Village of Malahide is The Malahide Castle & Gardens. Enjoy a guide tour of Malahide Castle with a resident guide. You will be taken on a journey into many decorative rooms that are filled with medieval furniture and artwork. On the tour you will be told stories about the Talbot family who resided in the castle for 800 years.
