Pickup included
During the activity, you will learn grape harvesting basics, vine growing techniques, vineyard preparation, vine planting techniques, and harvest tools usage. You will also try the grapes, collect them, and later enjoy a full lunch with farm-to-table food led by a dedicated sommelier and nutritionist from the European School of Sommeliers. The lunch will be educationally led with the support of a PowerPoint presentation where guests will learn also learn about wine inspection techniques, food-wine pairing strategies, and winr faults and defects analysis.
