Reconnect with Nature: Mindfulness and Adventure for Women and Mixed Groups Join us for a unique 90-minute experience focused on nature connection, adventure, and mindfulness for women and mixed private groups. Enjoy guided silent reflection and mindfulness exercises, allowing you to tune into your surroundings and foster a deeper connection with nature. You'll also have the opportunity to share stories and experiences in a supportive atmosphere. A highlight of our time together is swimming in the invigorating North Sea, available all year round! Don’t worry if you're new to cold water swimming; I’ll be there to support and guide you. After our swim, we’ll warm up with tea and delicious snacks, creating a cozy environment to relax and share our thoughts.
