Pick-up time varies depending on flight time and hotel location. Transfer duration varies depending on traffic and location. The baggage allowance is one piece of luggage per passenger, weighing up to 20 kg. A day before the pickup, you will receive a text message with your driver’s name, contact details, customer support number, and booking reference. Please specify the time you would like to be picked up. If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival, no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail. For airport transfers, please provide your flight number and arrival or departure time. If the hotel is located outside the city limit zone, a surcharge will apply.
