• Meeting Point at Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX):
  International flight: Gate 11
  Domestic flight: Gate 2
• Driver will handle a board with customers name and flight number
  
• Free waiting for flight delay within 90 minutes
  
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) may be subject to certain restrictions. Please inquire with us prior to your travel date
• For Airport arrivals, a charge of 50 Thai Baht will apply for every 15 minutes of waiting time exceeding 90 minutes
  
• For Departures from your accommodation, a charge of 50 Thai Baht will apply for every 15 minutes of waiting time exceeding 15 minutes
