The frequency of BlueBus may differ from advertised because it is subject to delays due to accidents, traffic jams, breakdowns, events of different nature, route deviations imposed by municipal authorities or police, and others that are not foreseen and do not allow advanced notice
The ticket is valid for use on the BlueBus City Tour as a hop-on, hop-off ticket for 24 hours from the time the ticket is validated
For safety reasons, passengers are required to remain seated on the upper deck of the buses while they are in motion

No charge is made for guide animals for blind or hearing impaired passengers, provided that the owners present an official document attesting to the need to be accompanied to the driver before the start of the journey
The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any dog (Including guide or hearing dogs) if, in the opinion of the driver-operator/conductor, doing so would jeopardize the safety of the other passengers. In the interests of health and safety, the company policy is to convey only one dog in each bus at any one time
