Located on the west side of Hengchun Peninsula at the southernmost tip of Taiwan, it is a small village called Wanlitong which has not yet been fully developed. It has crystal clear waters, rich and vivid underwater ecology, and the most brilliant sea view and sunset along the coastline. Because it has not yet been fully developed, it is known as the Taiwanese version of Maldives. Local Pingtung people may not know about the beautiful scenery in this small village of Wanlitong.

PADI Freediving Specialty

  • Eligibility: 16 years and above
  • Course Description:
    Free diving expertise is divided into four levels. This course is level two and includes the first level basic introduction. If the test score fails, the first level certificate can be issued or the second level exam can be completed through a make-up exam. We started with equipment introduction, static apnea, ear pressure equalization, kicking techniques and diving physiology, dealing with blackouts and LMC, static apnea, dynamic apnea, buddy rescue, and slowly increasing the depth from shallow to deep.
  • Course content:
    First level:
    Discipline 1hr - 2hr Knowledge Development, Diving Physiology, Equipment Introduction Confined Water/Pool 2hr Pressure Equalization Exercises, Kicking Techniques, Static Apnea Level 2:
    Subject 1hr - 2hr Breathing method, stretching, video appreciation Calm water/swimming pool 0 - 5m duck entry, dynamic breath holding, simulated rescue

    We will have 2 open water exercises, skills demonstration and performance requirements:
    1. Static breath hold for 90 seconds
    2. Dynamic flat diving 25 meters
    3. Vertical entry into the water or freehand climbing of a rope up to 10 - 12 meters
    4. Simulate rescue of LMC loss of autonomous control ability


Advanced Diver 3 days and 2 nights

  • Participation qualification: Must have an Openwater Diver license
  • Course Description:
    Provide ADS advanced diver or SDI specialty diver courses to learn underwater positioning/boat diving/night diving and related precautions, diving-related disease prevention/computer table application/advanced diver standards, diving skills/neutral buoyancy skills/SMB tactics
  • Course content:
    First day registration, subject - marine related knowledge and diving plan Second day morning 09:00 - 05:00 Pool or ocean practice, night dive Third day morning 09:00 - 12:00 Diving specialty ocean practice

Inclusions
