The rider's weight must be under 187 Ibs (87 kg). The tour is nonrefundable for over weight riders
Infants (under 3 years old) are free of charge if they sit with parents and the total weight is less than 65 kg
Prior to leaving the stable, strong intermediate riders and advanced riders must demonstrate an ability to independently control their horse
If you arrive late, the duration of your ride may be reduced so the next group will not be delayed
If the tour is canceled, the activity provider will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund
