For Arrival(Airport to Hotel) The driver will wait you at the airport exit and hold your name sign there. Max waiting time 1 hour after your flight landed. If your flight is delayed, please contact customer service via whatsapp asap.
For Departure(Hotel to Airport) The driver will hold a name sign and wait you outside the hotel lobby, then take you to the Phuket International Airport. Driver max waiting time: 20 mins from your pick up time. If you didn't find the driver on time, please contact us immediately.
