Steep trail through old growth rainforest, waterfalls and mountain viewpoints to turquoise-coloured alpine lake nestled between mountains and glacier.
Pickup included
Considered one of the most scenic destinations in British Columbia, the turquoise-coloured Garibaldi Lake is nestled between alpine mountains and a spectacular glacier as the backdrop. However, this is a very long and steep hike and not for beginners. The tour includes 3 hours return transportation from your accommodation to the trail, an 18km (11 miles) return hike that climbs an altitude of 979m (2,937 feet) and takes 7 hours to complete, with plenty of breaks and photography lessons/tips and photoshoots at the top. You may also dare to take a dip in the freezing glacial lake.
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 15 minutes before departure time.
I can pick you up from downtown Vancouver, east Vancouver or Burnaby; otherwise we can meet at a central location and drive to our trail.
