- If you arrive late , your photo shooting session will be rescheduled by our staffs and you will be asked to wait for the next available time slot for the shooting. But if our photographers are fully booked and unable to provide an alternative time slots on that day, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

- The shooting package only includes shooting and photo editing services, but does not include kimono rental. Please be informed

- The experience is not available for pregnant participants. If participants show up and is pregnant, the shop will deny service without refunds
- The photography session will be arranged after the kimono dressing process, which is about 1–1.5 hours
