Bahariya Oasis Guide
Overnight trip to Bahariya from Cairo Explore the natural wonders of the region Spend the night in a desert camp Get out of the city and into the Western Desert Bahariya Oasis. Absorb the wind-eroded rocks of the White Desert. The weathered chalk mounds are dotted like pavlova cakes, ice-cream cones, and pools of icing. Explore the capital city of Bawiti, Bahariya, with its lush palm groves and giant dunes. See hot springs the White Desert are the result of millions of years by sand blown in from the Great Sand Sea see Bahariya’s palm groves and dunes, ash-topped hills of Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, Agabat Valley, and White Desert National Park. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue dinner under the stars before drifting off to sleep in your tent. After breakfast in the camp, head back to Cairo.
White Desert
Continue our desert safari adventure to the old white desert to see the mushroom-shaped rock formations before heading to our campsite in the new white desert. We arrive at the white desert before sunset so we can catch great photos in the new white desert. Barbecue dinner is prepared by our bedouin staff. Overnight in the white desert.
