Provence, with its particular light, has always inspired artists (painters, writers, photographers...). In the colorful and poetic atmosphere of the Moulin de Cézanne (village of Tholonnet and Aix en Provence), discover this magnificent short story, the Phare des Sanguinaires, taken from Lettres de mon Moulin. Discover a deep and sensitive text written from the mill where Daudet (the narrator) immerses himself in the atmosphere of the island of Sanguinaires, wild and solitary. You will be bathed in a frenzy of elements, sensations and scents, where the words will mingle with the surrounding nature. For the curious, the Moulin de Cézanne is now an exhibition space and can be visited in the summer (information from the Tourist Office). From the mill, many hikes are possible to visit the hills and trails of Provence.
