Our service is entirely private, and we can take care of getting you to your destination without any complications. If your hotel or Airbnb is not on the list, just let us know the destination when making your reservation.
Our private transfer service is safe for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 10 passengers, and the price is per van, not per person.
Before booking, please make sure to select the correct destination. Reservations that do not correspond to the appropriate destination and product will not be accepted, or the missing cost will be charged.

Multiple Terminal Pickups: For arrivals with multiple flights, we offer pickups at different terminals for an additional fee of $15 USD.
Time Tolerance: For transfers and departures, a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes is allowed. After this time, it will be considered a "no show."

Our service is specifically designed for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights (no more than 2 different flights), please send us all flight numbers in advance so we can create a travel itinerary and provide you with the correct meeting point at no extra cost. If you do not inform us in advance, an additional fee of $15 USD will be charged directly at the airport for wait time or terminal change. The service is subject to the availability of operators and vans. It’s also important to inform us of any flight changes so we can provide seamless service. ️ All our vans are equipped with GPS, ensuring your safety at all times. If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or another location, please let us know in advance. We can typically confirm a stop of up to 15 minutes at no additional cost. After that time, a fee of $25 USD per additional hour will apply. The service must be scheduled in advance via email or phone, subject to the availability of our vans. SUPER IMPORTANT: Our pricing is per van, not per person. Therefore, if you have different departure times, we cannot send multiple vans at the same cost. If you need additional services, such as an extra van for a different schedule, a new reservation must be made.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL - You will receive an email containing instructions on the meeting point at the airport. - Our staff will be waiting for you with a sign showing your name at the corresponding terminal. If you prefer a group name for the welcome sign, please let us know. - We recommend downloading WhatsApp or keeping your network active to communicate with us. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - This service is for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights (maximum 2), please inform us of the flight numbers in advance so we can organize the itinerary and meeting point without additional cost. - If you do not inform us in advance, an extra $15 USD will be charged at the airport for waiting time or terminal change. - The service will be subject to availability. - Please notify us of any flight changes to provide the service without any inconvenience. ADDITIONAL STOPS - If you require a stop at a supermarket or other location, please inform us in advance. - We allow a stop of up to 15 minutes without additional cost. After that, $25 USD per additional hour will be charged. - The service must be pre-booked by email or phone, subject to availability. TOLERANCE TIME FOR DEPARTURES AND TRANSFERS - We allow a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes for departures or transfers. After that time, it will be considered a "NO SHOW".
