Get ready for an action-packed day on the Koh Yao Native Touch trip! Here's a taste of the exciting activities you'll enjoy during the tour:
- 9:00 am–9:30 am: Start your day with an early morning pick-up from your hotel on Koh Yao Yai (the exact pick-up time varies by location)
- Be prepared to be amazed by the stunning sights of rubber, coconut, and palm trees – the economic plants that make the island thrive
- Arrive at the picturesque Leam Larn fisherman village and take in the breathtaking views of the mountains and sea. Learn about the local community and their occupations, and get a brief tour overview from our knowledgeable local guide
- Get your hands dirty and learn to make the famous coconut pancakes, the signature dessert of Koh Yao Yai island
- Watch a skilled basket weaver in action and buy some baskets as souvenirs for your family
- Visit a goat farm and feed the playful and friendly goats – an activity that will make the children giggle with delight
- Learn how to open a coconut and drink coconut milk in the local style
- Take a leisurely stroll on a jungle path to the beautiful Ao Sai Beach, where the sand is soft, and the views of Phi Phi Island in the distance are breathtaking
