Look for the driver holding a placard For customers who booked a departure service, the driver will pick you up at the address you left in the order information Please turn on your phone and keep it available so that the local operator could contact with you when needed The local operator will update the arrangement 1 day earlier than time schedule (3 hours earlier at the latest) Surcharges: For all overtime charges, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and you can book the surcharge package directly on Arrival The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 90 minutes. After the initial 90-minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour will be incurred For flight delays within 2 hours, the driver will wait for up to 120 minutes with no surcharge For flight delays more than 2 hours due to weather, you may cancel the booking with full refunds or pay a waiting fee of JPY3500 per hour to keep the driver waiting Departure The driver will arrive on time and wait for up to 30 minutes. After the initial 30-minute grace period, an overtime charge of JPY3500 per hour will be incurred Excess Kilometer Fee JPY200/km for pick up and drop off locations beyond Tokyo 23 wards and at least 79 kilometers away from NRT airport Please note: This surcharge is not applicable for locations near Mount Fuji, Hakone, and Karuizawa areas
