Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park is an open-gate park. A paid ticket is required for ride/attraction access
Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
Changes to the date are subject to a minimum rescheduling fee of USD 5. Participants will be required to pay the price difference if the ticket price for the new date or time is higher than the originally purchased price
Please note that ride rules may vary. Participants are encouraged to check the signs at the ride entrances before riding
All rides and attractions are subject to maintenance closures at any time/day without prior notice
Taking photos while on the ride is not allowed for safety purposes
Selfie sticks are not allowed in the venue
Bathing suits are not allowed to be worn inside the venue
Loose articles are not allowed to be taken on the rides and should be left with a non-rider
For PWD accessibility, participants should visit the Guest Services inside the park for assistance
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
