Children aged 1-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
Children aged under 1 are not allowed to be seated on a bike according to the New York City law
Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Luggage storage services are not provided
Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
Double trailers for toddlers, and tag-a-long attachments are not permitted on this tour
No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present
Children aged 3-13 are required to wear a helmet
Please note that no riders may exceed 300lbs in weight
Bike insurance is available for purchase, please refer to the exact price at the store. This is optional, but highly recommended as insurance protects renters from the cost of all damages up to $400 and up to $200 if the rental is stolen
Renters can keep the bike for the rest of the day for an additional $15 per person
Please note: You may ask the staff for any complementary equipment you will need (basket, lock and key, helmet, or map)
