- Escape @ Science Centre (E.S.C.) rooms are recommended for ages 13 and above, and recommended group size of 4. Each session can take up to 8 persons. The rooms will require a minimum of 2 (Shangri-La and Museum of Humankind) or 3 (Dr. X). You will not be able to purchase tickets quantity lower than the minimum numbers. Each child below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (of at least 18 years old). Children aged 3 and below will not be granted entry. It is mandatory to complete an indemnity form which will be administered digitally upon your arrival. For children aged 12 and below, the accompanying paying adult(s) of at least 18 years old has to complete the form on their behalf. For your own safety, please wear covered flat shoes for all our rooms. We do not recommend wearing skirts or heels as there are some physical elements in our rooms. If you want to play exclusively with less than 8 pax, we recommend that you book out all the slots for the session. Otherwise, other groups may be able to join your group in the session. Attraction availability is on first-come-first-serve basis for one-time entry ONLY. Please arrive at least 15 mins before the start time of your session. If you are late (within 20 mins of your start time), your session may be cut short. If you are later than 20 mins, your session may be forfeited. No refund will be given in such cases. Last admission to attractions is 45 minutes before session end time. Please arrive early if you plan to visit multiple attractions.

- Science Centre Entry Guidelines Respect the exhibits: Follow the instructions provided to interact with the exhibits. Listen to the staff: Pay attention to instructions and guidance given by Science Centre staff members. They are there to ensure your safety and enhance your experience. Keep the galleries clean: Dispose of trash in designated bins and help maintain the cleanliness of the galleries. This includes not eating inside the galleries. Supervise children: If you are visiting with children, ensure they are well-behaved and closely supervised to prevent any accidental damage. Be patient in crowded areas: If it's crowded, be patient and allow others to view the exhibits before moving on. Respect cultural differences: Be aware of cultural norms and differences between visitors from different countries and treat everyone with respect. Enjoy the experience: Take your time to fully appreciate the exhibits and enjoy the educational opportunities provided by the Science Centre. No rowdy behaviour: Avoid loud and disruptive behaviour that can disturb other visitors' experiences. No climbing on exhibits: Refrain from leaning on or climbing on the eating or drinking in galleries: Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas, typically outside the galleries. No running: Running can be dangerous and may lead to accidents. Walk calmly and carefully throughout the Science Centre. No vandalism: Do not deface or damage any property or exhibits within the Science Centre. No littering: Dispose of trash properly and use designated bins for waste. No unauthorised access: Stay within designated guests’ areas and avoid entering restricted or staff-only areas.
