Museum of Nevis History
This is the birth place of Alexander Hamilton in 1757. He lived here until the age of 9 years. This building was built in 1630 and destroyed by earthquake 1840 and restored 1983.
Botanical Gardens of Nevis
This spectacular gardens once belonged to the Montpelier Estate. Here Fanny Nisbet was married to Horatio Nelson. View a wide variety of plants and flowers. One such is the Flamboyant or Poinciana Delonix Regia the national flower of St. Kitts-Nevis. Name after the first French governor Monsieur de Poincy.
Bath Hotel and Spring House
The first hotel in the West Indies in 1778. Here the Lords and Ladies of England visited especially for the hot sulphur springs which was said to have medicinal properties. It now houses government offices.
