- According to Japanese customs, visitors with tattoos are not permitted to enter the hot spring facilities. However, patches to cover tattoos are available for purchase on-site (6x10cm, JPY300 per piece)
- The provided itinerary includes an estimated arrival time, but traffic conditions are unpredictable. It's advisable not to schedule any activities for that evening
- In the event of trip termination due to force majeure factors like weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on actual expenses incurred. Only return transportation or local accommodation expenses and other additional costs must be refunded, which is the responsibility of the passenger
- Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate
- During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour
- If you wish to acess Konohana no Yu, please note that the itinerary is subject to change based on the traffic on the day so please book itinerary A, B, or E (without public bath) and inform the tour leader/staff on the day. The staff will assist in inquiring the availability and the booking of the bathhouse. Those who purchase itinerary C or D will not be refunded the price difference if booking a bathhouse on site
- Bus seating will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding
- During the autumn foliage season from November 1 to November 23, Oishi Park will be excluded from the itinerary and replaced with a visit to the Lake Kawaguchi Maple Corridor.
