Please note that you need to provide proof of inbound travel insurance before you depart for the mountaineering trip. Customer service will email you the insurance purchase instructions after you place the order. Please book inbound travel insurance after entering the country and provide it to the platform or the guide/leader on the day before the trip. If there is no insurance, the guide/leader has the right to refuse to board the bus.

Two-day tour itinerary① Depart from Tokyo/Shinjuku in the morning

1. Arrive at the first stop-Fuji Mountain 5th Station ①Because the return bus may be replaced, luggage cannot be stored on the bus. If you need to store luggage, you can store it at the 5th Station (五合園レストハウス), and the storage fee is at your own expense (S size locker 500 yen, M size locker 1000 yen, L size locker 2000 yen) ②Guests who have booked mountaineering equipment rental in advance can pick up the rental equipment here
2. Afterwards, accompanied by a professional guide, go to the mountain hut at the 8th Station of Fuji Mountain (including a light dinner)
3. 8th Station Kamiedoya → 8th Station 5th Station → Mount Fuji (Goraiko) → Downhill → Fifth Station (about 7~9 hours, departure and arrival time depends on the situation of the day, and the descent back to the Fifth Station will start at about 10:30 am the next day
4. Hot springs around Lake Kawaguchi or Lake Yamanaka
5. Return to Tokyo

Two-day tour itinerary② Depart from Shinjuku/Kawaguchiko at 07:30 in the morning

1. Arrive at the first stop - Fuji Mountain Fifth Station Unjokaku ① The return bus may be changed and luggage cannot be placed. If you need to store luggage, please use the locker at the Fifth Station (at your own expense) ② Guests who have booked rental equipment can pick up their climbing equipment here and prepare for climbing
2. The guide accompanies the climb and goes to the Eighth Station Mountain Hut (Mountain Hut Hakuun-so; including a light dinner) The estimated climbing time is about 6~7 hours. If you cannot continue due to physical strength or health reasons, the guide has the right to stop climbing, and the relevant expenses after leaving the group are borne by the guests
3. Depart for the summit in the early morning → Goraiko → Descent → Return to the 5th station Depart from the mountain hut in the early morning, go to the top of the mountain via Hachigo-go-sho, watch the Goraiko and then go down the mountain (the departure and arrival time of the 5th station depends on the situation of the day, and it is expected to return to the 5th station around 11:00 noon the next day)
4. Return to Tokyo Take the bus back to Shinjuku, Tokyo in the afternoon, ending the two-day and one-night mountaineering trip

• Due to Japanese law, the use time of the vehicle shall not exceed 10 hours. The tour guide will cut the itinerary according to the actual situation of the day's trip. Please note
• We will send an email to the guests from 20:00 to 21:00 the day before the trip to inform the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it in time. It may be in the trash can
• Due to the long journey, please understand if there is a traffic jam. And our company will not bear any subsequent costs caused by traffic jams.
• During the peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the email notification one day before the trip), so please prepare in advance
• Because the one-day tour is a carpooling trip; please do not be late at the meeting place or scenic spot, and no refund will be given after the time is up. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after being late, please be aware
• In case of bad weather and other force majeure factors, the park may delay the change of the operation time of the amusement facilities or the performance time of the show without prior notice, and may even cancel the operation and performance of some projects
• This product may be adjusted according to factors such as weather. For your safety, the staff has the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements. The specific situation is subject to the actual situation of the day
• The transportation, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary according to the actual situation and with the consent of the guests without reducing the attractions in the itinerary
• Each person can carry up to one piece of luggage for free. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" when placing an order! If you do not inform us one day in advance and bring your luggage temporarily, it will cause the carriage to be crowded and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests from boarding the bus and the fee will not be refunded.
• We will arrange different models according to the actual number of people traveling. Please note that we cannot specify the model.
• In the group itinerary, you cannot leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you, and no fee will be refunded. Tourists will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group or leaving the group. Please understand.
• Elderly people, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, pregnant women, and people with poor health are difficult to join the group.
• People under 13 years old and over 70 years old are not accepted for registration for this trip. That is, the age of registration for the trip must be between 13 and 69 years old.
• Required mountaineering equipment: mountaineering shoes, raincoats and pants with upper and lower parts, headlights, warm clothes, and mountaineering backpacks that can hold all the carry-on items.
• Swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, skating, snow play, mountaineering and other activities all have certain risks. Before participating, please act according to your own conditions and fully refer to the relevant announcements and suggestions of local relevant departments and other professional organizations, and do what you can.
