Our classes take place in a Moroccan house full of Moroccan hospitality. You'll be out guest for an evening.
During that session we will teach you how to cook easy and authentic Moroccan dishes: Couscous and tajine. These dishes can be prepared with or without meat. Vegetarian Moroccan starters and mint tea will be on the menu too.
Zaalouk a traditional Moroccan salad made with cooked eggplants and tomatoes, seasoned with spices, garlic, and olive oil.
Couscous is a colorful dish made with perfectly cooked couscous topped with lamb or chicken, a variety of stewed veggies and a flavorful broth.
Cinnamon oranges are a classic dessert made of sliced oranges topped with a combination of cinnamon and flavored sugar.
