Situated off the northern coast near Matemwe, Mnemba Island is famous for its outstanding snorkeling experiences in the Indian Ocean. Upon arrival, you'll have the opportunity to snorkel in the island’s crystal-clear waters, which resemble a vast, colorful aquarium. The island serves as an important breeding ground for turtles, and you may also spot dolphins, schools of fish, whale sharks, and, depending on the season, humpback whales. The snorkeling crew will provide all the necessary gear. If you're lucky, you may even get the chance to swim with dolphins. After your snorkeling adventure, unwind on the island, enjoy the pleasant weather, and savor fresh seasonal fruits. Then, you'll return by boat to the pier, where transportation will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
