After a moderate hike through the lush tranquility of the rainforest, we will enjoy the soothing surrounds of a small waterfall. Bring your swimsuit if you'd like to take a plunge in its refreshing pool!
After the hike, we will travel through the Nevis countryside to Charlestown where we can take a soothing dip in the natural Volcanic Hot Springs while sipping local "bush" (herbal) tea.

Inspired by the words of the revered Zen Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh, you will be guided to approach this scenic hike as a mindfulness meditation, inspiring a deep inner awareness and communion with mother nature. The hike itself takes approximately 3-4 hours (1.5 hours each way). This hike requires a moderate level of fitness. Most importantly you need good balance and sure-footedness, as we are walking over rocks and tree roots. We take a slow and relaxed pace to accommodate a tranquil, mindful experience. Sturdy footwear required (sneakers fine, no flip-flops). Wear comfortable clothing (shorts and tshirt ok) and wear your swimsuit under your clothing if you'd like take a dip in the waterfall pool and/or the hot springs. Bring a bottle of water and towel with you. Water refills and light snacks will be provided.
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 30 minutes before departure time.
Options to meet at Pinneys Beach, Oualie Beach Resort, or Charlestown Ferry terminal . You may request a pick up at hotel in reasonable distance between these pick up points
