What's included in Mexican Fiesta Cooking Class (Roma Norte)

(Subject to Option Inclusions)

We will start your experience with a welcome "agua fresca" while learning about the history of Mexican cuisine. Then we will share with you detailed explanations of recipes and ingredients to be ready to head to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking experience. We will prepare hand-made tortillas, traditional guacamole, margaritas, and mezcalitas cocktails. Afterwards, enjoy your drinks with the following meal: Flautas (tortillas filled with either potato or chicken, rolled up tightly, fried until crispy, and served with toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce). Churros for dessert.

Food Menu

STARTER - Traditional Guacamole

A dip made from mashed avocado. It is a popular accompaniment for tortillas, chips, and other Mexican dishes.

STARTER - Hand-made tortillas

We will make traditional hand-made tortillas from scratch.

STARTER - Margartias

A classic Mexican cocktail made with tequila.

STARTER - Mezcalitas

A drink similar to a margarita but made with mezcal instead of tequila, giving it a smokier flavor.

MAIN - Flautas

Rolled and fried tortillas filled with ingredients such as shredded chicken, and potatoes. They are crispy and often served with toppings.
