- Children under the age of 5 are not permitted inside the London Dungeon. All other attractions allow children under the age of 5
- A full refund can only be given if tickets are canceled at least 72 hours before your first entry time and date. Partial refunds are not possible
- Busiest periods at the London Eye and Madame Tussauds are between 12 noon and 3pm so it is advisable to visit at a different time
- Under 15’s must be accompanied by someone 18 years or over
- Children under 2 are free but will require a ticket. Maximum 3 free infant tickets per booking allowed.
- Re-entry is not permitted on the attractions
