Please arrive at the redemption point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. Display the Ticket voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the entry. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid delays. Please note that skipping the security line is not possible.
