Please be ready at the hotel lobby at the confirmed time. • Tulum Centro: Since hotel pick-up is not available in the central area, we have designated meeting points for your convenience. Your pick-up location will be confirmed after booking. Pick-Up Time • Your exact pick-up time will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. • Please arrive at your meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
