• Which routes are included in this activity and is it possible to customize the routes? This service offers car rental with a driver or car charter from your hotel or any location in Melaka to multiple locations of your choice within Melaka such as A'Famosa, Red Square, Jonker Street, St. Peter Church, Melaka River and etc!

• What vehicle models are available? We have 3 great options for you! Toyota Innova groups of up to 4, Toyota Alphard for groups of up to 3 and Hyundai Starex for groups up to 7. Pick the one that best fits your group size and luggages

• When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? The operator will update the driver’s or vehicle information 1 day before the pick up date, please contact the operator if you did not receive the driver information after 18:00. On the scheduled date, you will receive a text from the driver informing you of his departure. Please provide a reachable contact number via WhatsApp for the operator to communicate further

• What is included in the fees and are there extra charges? This activity included 8/10/12 hour car charter service in Malacca, english speaking drive, fuel, parking and toll fees. Child seat is MYR 15 per seat. Please be informed attraction tickets, meal & beverages and other personal expenses will not be included
