Wine will be just the cherries on top of this unforgettable tour with amazing views where we will visit regions on the north and south of the island. Trust me, this is not those wine tours where you spend all day in some vineyards with lots of other visitors. On this tour, we will avoid busy places and between wine stops, there will be many surprises.
The pickup time is merely a suggestion. Travelers can choose the time to be picked up, upon agreement with the guide. IMPORTANT: This tour can only run from Tuesday to Friday. Mondays, weekends, and bank holidays some of the vineyards/cellars are closed to the public.

Quinta Do Barbusano
This tour will take you to Madeira's most beautiful vineyards in São Vicente, Northwest of Madeira. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes where cliffs, mountains, forest, and cultivated terraces melt harmoniously. This is a perfect symbiosis between culture and nature. Regardless of the amazing scenery, we will visit producers on the south and north side of the island and try the most relevant types of wine. From the worldwide famous fortified Madeira Wine to table wines and homemade using traditional grape varietals and processes. For lunch break, we can have a snack or a typical meal in a non-touristy restaurant. Because these are unique tours, customized to each guest, other stops and options with more surprises will be suggested to add to your tour. Please bring a fully charged camera, the diversity in terms of the landscape it's simply mindblowing, and with a panoramic roof, anytime can be a photo time.

I will take you to some less know Vulcanic rock pools in Seixal with possibilities of swimming

Additional Information
These are private tours with only one pick-up stop and the tour starts right after meeting with travelers. Pick-ups outside the Region of Funchal, Santa Cruz, and Camara de Lobos have an extra pick fee. I have 2 all-terrain vehicles registered for tours, according to our legislation: -Nissan Patrol from 93, all-restored, 5 seats available, 1 facing forward, 4 in the back facing sideway with 60 cm (23 inches) wide each seat, w/ panoramic/convertible roof. -LandRover Discovery TDI from 96, all restored, with 4 seats available facing forward. I reserve the right to use the car according to the availability due to maintenance or weather conditions informing guests beforehand.
