The pickup point will be at the main entrance of your hotel's main gate not inside the lobby, the guide will be waiting for you with a sign of our company name “Blue Waves”. In case you have any challenges to reach the guide please don't hesitate to contact us as we cannot wait no more than 5 minutes as there are other clients to be picked up after your hotel.
