• To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, tourists are responsible for strictly following the meeting time given by the tour guide. If the meeting time is more than ten minutes away, the car will leave without waiting. We sincerely provide punctual service, but if we encounter uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war and terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee that we will arrive at the pick-up location on time. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused to the guests by the delay of the trip or the additional costs such as related flights, train or bus fees and other travel expenses.
• We have the right to change tourists from the original car to another car on the way and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services if it is convenient for the group operation.
• The following suggestions will help you register faster and better: you need to bring a valid ID (with a photo); please show a paper or electronic version of the itinerary.
• This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform in advance and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign a departure agreement. The unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you, and the group fee will not be refunded.
• If the free items in the itinerary cannot be given due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, or you cannot visit them for personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded. Please understand.
• According to US federal law, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
• Pets and animals are not allowed on all tours.
• Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone cannot join the tour group. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour.
• Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information when booking, including name, gender, valid contact information (preferably mobile phone, if there is any problem, convenient notification), accurate tour location, etc., to avoid booking errors and affect travel. If you provide incorrect information, you will bear the loss.
• Guests participating in the tour must purchase tickets with the tour guide on the tour, and cannot bring their own tickets or use City Pass. The ticket fees and meal fees of the attractions may change according to the official temporary notice of the attractions, and the prices announced by the attractions on the day shall prevail.
• During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of the scenic spot, the duration of stay or the gathering time according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
• If the scenic spot is temporarily closed or closed on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), etc., resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the appearance or replace it with other attractions according to the actual situation to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and flow control of various attractions and national parks will change from time to time due to the epidemic. If the itinerary is affected by force majeure, please understand.
• Children under the age of eight need to take a safety seat. We provide a rental service with a rental fee of $10.00/person/day. Please be sure to make a note in advance when booking the trip so that we can prepare in advance. If the violation and fine caused by the guest's failure to inform in advance are borne by the guest, please understand. No safety seat is required for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
• Many tourist attractions in the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions. Our company cannot guarantee to provide wheelchair lift buses or arrange suitable seats for guests.
• Please pay the driver-guide service fee of $12 per person per day, calculated based on the number of days of the trip, the same price for adults and children
