Embark on an unforgettable 8-hour journey, walking from the East to the West of London, spanning from 40 AD to the present day. Designed for fit, healthy adults, this exhilarating tour covers over 30,000 steps, revealing London’s rich history and modern-day marvels. This tour is perfect for those who adore London and wish to explore it on foot for an entire day. Customisation is available, focusing on art, architecture, history, Romans, Sir Christopher Wren, finance, and more. Expect numerous additional stops, plenty of bathroom and rest breaks, and enjoy a delightful lunch in a traditional British pub. Please note - some areas are unsuitable for wheelchairs or service animals. Reasonable adaptations will be made, such as route variation, visits to different sites that advertised, or showing of photos of inaccessible sites. Tower of London
Experience the Tower of London in its full glory, reflecting on its pivotal role in the City of London over the last 1,000 years. Although we won’t enter the Tower, I’ll share captivating tales of Norman invasions, medieval battles, and Tudor intrigues that resonate through its ancient walls. This stop provides an exhilarating introduction to London’s layered history.
Garden at 120
Next, we visit 120 Fenchurch Street, where we’ll spend about 30 minutes enjoying the spectacular view of the City of London. This vantage point offers a unique perspective of the city’s skyline and landmarks, highlighting the architectural diversity and historical significance of the area. It's an exceptional spot to appreciate London’s blend of old and new. (Note: This site is not always open.)

- Enjoy a delightful lunch at a traditional British pub, featuring classic fare (fish & chips, pies, hearty sandwiches). We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions. Max 4 guests.
- This tour does not include alcoholic beverages of any sort. These may be purchased in addition, and on your own.

- This is an 8 hour tour conducted during daylight hours. Therefore start time can be negotiated between 8am and noon, depending on time of year. This must be agreed before booking.
- Most site visits are outside only. No entry fees are required, but optional donations may be paid directly to any site we enter. This is in the range of £5 to £10 and can be paid directly to the site by credit or debit card.
- This is an intensive 8 hour day of walking.
