During the Chinese New Year period based on Calendar (28/01/2025-05/02/2025), we will have additional surcharges. It will be RM35 for adults and RM25 for children. All customers shall pay the CNY Surcharge to the Local Operator BEFORE the tour start by Master/Visa credit card. Kindly communicate with the Local Operator for assistant.

In compliance with the government newly implementation of PARAGLIDING Insurance Fees from 01 June 2024, all participants are compulsory to purchase by cash on-site. The charge will be a flat rate of Ringgit Malaysia (RM) 40.00 per person applicable to Malaysian and Non-Malaysian

In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or other force major, the operator has the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary

Please wait at your hotel 10 minutes before the pick up time. If you are late, no-show or unable to contact you, you will not be able to request to modify the order / cancel the order or refund. If either 1 activity (ATV or Paragliding) cannot be carried out due to various factors on the day, please contact Over The Planet for a refund of adult: MYR 50/person, child: MYR 40/person. Refunds will not be granted if participants decide not to partake in the activity due to private reasons

If 2 activities (ATV + Paragliding) cannot be carried out due to various factors on the day, please contact Over The Planet for a refund of adult: MYR 100/person, child: MYR 80/person. Refunds will not be granted if travelers decide not to partake in the activity due to private reasons

Any cancellation due to flight delays, illnesses, emergencies, etc. shall be able to apply for a full refund. However, sufficient evidence must be provided to prove that it is not a malicious cancellation of the trip

Every participant is compulsory to participate in the guide's explanation and follow all instructions/arrangements based on the itinerary in order to ensure the tour can commence smoothly. Each participant must also complete and sign a waiver of liability form prior to the tour

Activities are required to sign a disclaimer form. If the participant does not agree to sign, the participant will not be able to proceed with the tour. No refund will be entertained

Every participant is required to fill in general personal information after boarding the bus for passenger insurance purposes

Whether or not to cancel the trip shall be decided solely by the Paragliding & ATV operators after weighing the situation of the day, and the decision will be final, any objections will not be entertained

Mount Kinabalu belongs to a highland area, and rainfalls are more frequent than anywhere in Malaysia. **Rain does not affect the ATV ride itinerary unless there are thunderstorms or landslides

For uncontrollable circumstances, such as earthquakes, floods, riots, coups, road conditions, wind direction and speed, weather, and other factors that may endanger the safety of tourists, the operator reserves the right to amend the itinerary, date, route, meal, tour guide, time and other matters without prior notice

ATV: Person with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnancy, recent surgery, and weight over 130 kg are not recommended to participate

Attention to double-ride ATV: the maximum load of each ATV is only 130 kg

Paragliding: Person with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnant, recent surgery, and weight over 85 kg are not recommended to participate

The time schedule of the itinerary may be varied, the aforementioned above is only for reference purposes

If you require a Korean-speaking guide, please inform the operator 14 days in advance. An additional fee of MYR 300 will be charged per tour guide (Subject to available), customers shall pay to the Local Operator BEFORE the tour start by Master/Visa credit card. Kindly communicate with the Local Operator for assistant.

Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests who come from different countries

Request private charter 4 - 10 seater vehicle, an additional fee MYR 500 per vehicle. Kindly inform the operator before the tour commence

Kindly apologize if pick up time late due to festival or peak season or if each hotel participants'preparation

We are following “on-time policy” to considerate with other participants. Transportation will not wait for late arrivals at the 2nd confirmed pick-up time schedule given. No refund will be compensate

This tour is not because is a sit-in Coach basis, the operator does not provide airport transfer after the tour ends
