We will walk to the market and buy the ingredients for cooking. In the market, I will explain the various wet market produce and you get to smell, see and taste some of the local fruits. We will learn about the fresh edible plants and produce in the market, its usage and function in society. Wear covered shoes as it is a wet market. Later, we will cook local Malaysian food (depending on ingredients availability)

Lodeh gravy, rich in coconut milk & vegetables, such as long beans, radishes, carrots, and tempeh, a classic choice. Eaten with nasi impit (cube rice)
