Either we can pick up at your hotel or you have to walk to the main street (if your hotel is at a narrow lane that the bus can not access). You will have a 4-hour drive from Hanoi city to Pu Luong with a stop halfway. Expected arrival time to Pu Luong is 11:30 with normal traffic.
Many hotels in Pu Luong are at valleys, remote villages. Inform us your hotel name in Pu Luon in advance. We let you know if you can be dropped off at hotel or not.
