- In Italy, car seat laws require children under 150 cm in height or less than 36kg (79lb) to use a car seat. The driver reserves the right to refuse to carry passengers if the child under 12 years old didn't book the child seat in advance.
- If you need a car seat or wish to travel with your pet, please contact Over The Planet customer service, so we can offer applicable package options, failure to do so will result in service decline, please consider before booking
- Please note that the driver will only stop at Leonardo da Vinci Airport (FCO) or 1 destination in Rome, requests for additional stops will not be granted
- The driver will wait for 60 mins at the airport; if the driver is not able to reach you after 60 mins, the transfer service will be canceled, refunds will not be granted, the above regulation applies to airport drop-off service (grace period: 20 mins)
- In order to avoid getting stuck in the immigration desk, it is recommended that passengers write down the expected pick-up time when placing an order. The supplier will calculate the free waiting time according to the note.
- Please note that all vehicles are not barrier-free, travelers with reduced mobility are not recommended to book this package
