Walk along the Passadiços do Paiva and the famous zigzag staircases, with panoramic viewpoints to appreciate waterfalls and cliffs of the gorge, on a route between the river beaches of Areinho and Espiunca, in between you will pass by Praia do Vau to recharge your energy.
